Session 1: “Self Attunement“

You may choose to begin the work with Session 1 to assess your personal experience. It is not “necessary” you complete all sessions – for each session stands alone in its support and help to you. It is however essential that the sessions must be done in sequence.
When working on a specific intention, Session 3 may be done once, or several times to deepen the power of the response. Session 3 can then be re-used any number of times with new healing intentions as the need arises.
Sound healing frequency is played during the session to support the bio-spiritual transformation and healing.
Each session is about 60 minutes. This can be conducted in-person or virtually.
